Overview across the whole portfolio
When you own many properties, the question is not whether there are problems — but where. CLIMAID ranks the buildings so you know where effort pays off most.
Data in ten systems, overview in none
Data sits spread across different systems and formats. That makes it hard to compare buildings, spot systematic risks and prioritise investment.
Find the expensive properties
See which five buildings drive consumption up, and what they cost you each year.
Prioritise investment
Set the budget by measured need rather than by the age of the buildings.
One status report for the board
The whole portfolio in one report, updated every month.
From measurement to action
- Wireless sensors are fitted without altering the building
- Data is collected and analysed continuously in CLIMAID INSIGHT
- You get alerts and recommendations before problems grow
- The effect is documented in reports you can use

One overview of many properties
In a large portfolio, data on energy, indoor climate and installations often sits in separate systems and formats. That makes it hard to compare buildings and see where the risk is greatest. CLIMAID INSIGHT brings energy use, indoor climate and technical installations together in real time, with one login for the whole portfolio. The buildings are ranked, so you can see which properties push consumption up and what they cost you a year.
Patterns across buildings
When many homes and buildings are measured at the same time, you can tell one-off deviations from systematic problems. If one home reads high, that points to behaviour or a local fault. If several homes in the same stairwell read high, it is typically the ventilation system. If they all read high, that points to sizing or construction. What you learn in one property can then be used across the portfolio.
Priorities based on measured need
With data, the budget can follow measured need rather than the age of the buildings. Work can be planned where the risk is greatest, and its effect can be followed and adjusted. Across portfolios, consumption has averaged 20 % lower with CLIMAID.
The economics of prevention
A worked example from a Danish housing estate with 784 homes showed an annual gross saving of DKK 1.5 million, a total net saving over five years of DKK 2.8 million and positive cash flow from year one. A British case study of 145 homes monitored over 21 months documented a Social Return on Investment of 2.68. Every krone invested created 2.68 kroner of documented value.
Reports for the board and ESG
The whole portfolio can be brought together in one report for the board, updated every month. With the ESG documentation add-on, the reports document energy use and indoor climate for your sustainability targets and audit.
