CLIMAID processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. We collect only the information needed to deliver and improve our service — for example contact details and data from sensors in your buildings. Data is not shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law. You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your information at any time.
Terms
Use of CLIMAID INSIGHT and associated hardware is governed by the agreement entered into at the time of ordering. Sensors and gateways remain the customer's property after purchase, while the software is provided on subscription. We aim for high uptime but cannot be held liable for losses arising from outages beyond our control. The full terms are provided when the agreement is concluded.
